Arthur McHiggins went to the school cafeteria at Virginia Tech and filled his plate. He was found moments later on the school quad passed out with a cupcake in his hand. Bystanders say he was walking and "just dropped." He was taken by ambulance to Virgin City Hospital. It was later found that his food had been tampered and chloroform had been put into his cupcake. By smelling the cupcake fumes he happened to faint. Authorities are interviewing possible suspects in the case. They hope to soon find out who is responsible, until then the cafeteria has been shut down. McHiggings is luckily okay although he is still hazy about the entire situation.
